We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of import, export, logistics, and supply chain operations. This role demands strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments and operational activities efficiently to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted supply of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities related to the import and export of raw materials.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Handle and monitor all export documentation and shipment procedures to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery and movement of raw materials to meet production and supply chain demands.
- Oversee supply chain and logistics operations, optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Track shipments, inventory movement, and delivery schedules to maintain transparency and control.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee an uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Promptly resolve any operational, logistics, or shipment-related issues to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, import/export, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on export-related activities.
- Practical knowledge of raw material import and export processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or other relevant software systems is an advantage.

- Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 110,000 per month
