We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient execution of import, export, logistics, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to raw material imports and exports, ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with all relevant procedures. This role demands strong operational oversight to guarantee timely delivery and uninterrupted supply of materials, while resolving any logistics or shipment-related challenges promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operational activities concerning raw material imports and exports.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee and monitor import/export documentation and shipment processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery and movement of raw materials to meet production and supply chain demands.
- Efficiently manage supply chain and logistics operations to optimize workflow.
- Track shipments, inventory movements, and delivery schedules to maintain transparency and control.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure continuous supply of materials without disruption.
- Address and resolve operational, logistics, and shipment-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, export, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on export-related activities.
- Practical knowledge of raw material imports and exports, including documentation and shipment processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP or other relevant software systems is advantageous.
