Operations Manager

Oresto Pizza, located in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated full-time Operations Manager to join their team on-site. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant management and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning. The position offers a competitive salary range of 70,000 to 120,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination to optimize costs.
- Track sales and operational costs to support financial performance and profitability.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant operations or management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, equivalent practical experience in restaurant operations will be considered.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team and fast-paced environment.
