We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the execution of commercial, industrial, and residential projects from start to finish. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing all project phases, ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales surveys for commercial, industrial, and residential sites to accurately assess project requirements.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) during the pre-sales phase to support effective project planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate regularly with design teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
- Oversee site installation and commissioning activities for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage after-sales services by addressing and resolving customer complaints related to installed systems, thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to contribute to overall operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, site installation, and commissioning within relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practical experience in site operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive them to successful completion.
