Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Safa Fitness Club in Islamabad. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth workflow coordination, staff scheduling, and maintaining high service standards. The manager plays a critical role in aligning operational practices with the club’s mission of ethical, results-focused fitness and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-desk and support teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage member onboarding and retention processes to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with trainers and nutrition consultants to optimize client experiences and service delivery.
- Monitor service quality and maintain facility standards to uphold the club’s professional environment.
- Handle vendor relationships, including procurement and contract management.
- Track operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies to maintain a safe and secure facility.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles within fitness, hospitality, wellness, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to effectively manage daily club operations and staff coordination.
- Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship-building with both members and staff.
- Competence in using basic business software and tools such as scheduling systems, spreadsheets, email, and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of health, fitness, or wellness industry standards, with a genuine interest in results-driven training and client accountability.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance feedback, and coaching to promote service excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional facility environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working on-site with clients in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate varying working hours as needed.
