Operations Manager

GharSaathi, a trusted platform connecting verified household staff such as maids, cooks, drivers, nannies, caretakers, and guards with families in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, is seeking a Partner / Operations Lead to manage and grow its operations in these cities. The business already has an established website, team system, brand presence, and steady client flow. This role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of day-to-day activities and contribute to the company’s expansion. It is a commission-based partnership role rather than a salaried position, allowing you to earn from every placement you handle and potentially gain a significant share of the business over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, converting these interactions into successful placements.
- Source and interview potential household staff through references, social media groups, and agencies.
- Match suitable staff with families, coordinate interviews and trial periods, and finalize agreements.
- Collect fees from clients and maintain accurate records using the company’s team management system.
- Manage and post pre-prepared job advertisements and promotional reels on social media platforms.
- Assist in setting up and organizing the office as the business expands.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English, with strong communication skills on phone and WhatsApp.
- Highly organized, honest, and diligent in following up with clients and staff.
- Experience in sales, customer service, human resources, recruitment, real estate, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is essential.
- Female candidates are preferred due to the predominantly female client base and staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Earn 40 to 50% commission on every placement you manage.
