Operations Manager

Located in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, this full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to work Monday through Friday during night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, foster and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and convert client interactions into qualified leads. This role demands confident communication with international clients, a clear understanding of their needs, and the ability to build trust while contributing to business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflows.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and identify business development opportunities.
- Convert client inquiries and interactions into qualified leads and potential business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to enhance engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication, effective service delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Track client communications, leads, follow-ups, and operational progress using appropriate reporting tools.
- Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
- Support business growth by improving client retention, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Prepare regular operational reports and update management on performance and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, client relationship management, business development, customer success, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, nurture prospects, and generate qualified leads.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate workflows, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or similar business tools.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shift hours aligned with international business schedules.
