Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in operations and administration, with a strong background in managing field operations and handling on-ground challenges. This full-time role requires a proactive individual who can oversee day-to-day administrative functions, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational workflows. Flexibility to work late hours and manage urgent matters beyond regular working times is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall daily administration and operational activities to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee field operations, conduct site visits, and address on-ground issues promptly.
- Liaise effectively with government departments, regulatory authorities, police, and other official bodies to maintain compliance and smooth relations.
- Handle client interactions, negotiations, and maintain strong external relationships.
- Lead vendor and supplier negotiations to secure cost-effective services and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate import processes, logistics, procurement, and related documentation to support operational needs.
- Resolve operational challenges with practical and timely solutions.
- Supervise administrative staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations or administration roles.
- Proven expertise in managing field and on-ground operations.
- Experience in government liaison and stakeholder management.
- Strong skills in vendor negotiation and client dealing.
- Knowledge of import procedures, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to operational management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late sittings when necessary.
