Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team onsite in Lahore. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive individual who takes ownership, ensures smooth operations, and holds the team accountable without needing constant reminders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office and team operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate workflows between technical and business teams to facilitate collaboration and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation, track project progress, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to address them.
- Ensure all shifts run smoothly with no tasks or responsibilities overlooked.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or project coordination roles.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in using project management and productivity tools to organize and monitor work.
- Highly organized, reliable, and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Based in Lahore and available to work onsite full-time during a 9-hour shift.
