We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team onsite in Lahore. This is a hands-on position ideal for a proactive individual who takes ownership, drives progress, and maintains high standards without needing constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and team operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate workflows between technical and business teams to optimize efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation, track project progress, and provide regular reports to leadership
- Identify process gaps and implement effective solutions to improve operations
- Ensure shifts run seamlessly with no tasks overlooked or delayed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or project coordination roles
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills across all team levels
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools to organize and track work effectively
- Highly organized, reliable, and punctual, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work onsite full-time
