JV Lands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily business operations and ensure the seamless functioning of the company. The ideal candidate will oversee internal teams, coordinate sales activities, and maintain efficient workflows to support the company’s growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily office operations to ensure smooth business processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the sales and property consultancy teams to achieve targets.
- Oversee property listings, inventory management, and maintain client databases accurately.
- Track leads, follow up with clients, and organize property visits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including managing online property portals.
- Supervise staff performance, attendance, and productivity to foster a motivated workforce.
- Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement systems aimed at improving operational efficiency and overall business performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate operations or management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software systems.
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities, solve problems, and work independently.

- Competitive salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs160,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
