The Operations Manager for Management Systems Certification will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to ISO and other management systems certification services. This role, based full-time on-site in Lahore, requires effective planning, coordination, and delivery of audits and assessments. The manager will handle auditor scheduling, monitor certification projects, and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and internal procedures. The position involves supervising operational teams, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of management systems certification services, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and related standards.
- Coordinate and schedule audit teams, ensuring timely completion of certification projects.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Supervise and lead operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with business development, technical, and quality departments to align operational activities with strategic objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation and support timely reporting and documentation for management review.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and ethical practices across all certification activities.
- Analyze operational data to prepare reports and support decision-making based on performance indicators.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in management systems certification operations, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and related standards.
- Strong skills in operations management, resource planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Experience in coordinating audit teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze operational data, prepare comprehensive reports, and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of HSE principles, risk management, and ethical business practices within certification and inspection services.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring team members.
