Operations Manager

Careception is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team at our Rawalpindi location. This role requires a results-driven leader who can effectively manage teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure performance targets are consistently met in a fast-paced telemarketing environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ managerial experience, specifically within telemarketing, and be capable of working onsite during night shifts. This position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, and candidates must be local to Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate teams to consistently achieve targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
- Ensure daily operational tasks and goals are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Handle pressure effectively, resolve team challenges, and maintain accountability across the team.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategic improvement plans.
- Maintain discipline and operational efficiency within the team.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Proven telemarketing experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.
