Enaara Facilities Management is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join the team at Madison Square Mall in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the mall, ensuring that facilities, maintenance, customer service, housekeeping, security, and other operational processes run smoothly. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily operational activities within Madison Square Mall.
- Coordinate effectively with security, housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and technical teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to uphold operational standards.
- Identify and address operational issues promptly by coordinating corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage tenant and customer concerns, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational requirements at all times.
- Provide support to management during events, emergencies, and special operational activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a graduation degree is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, facilities management, retail operations, or commercial property management.
- Experience working in shopping malls or facilities management environments is highly desirable.
