The Operations Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Naushahro Feroze District. This role is crucial in supporting branch operations by ensuring smooth and compliant banking processes. The officer will manage daily transaction processing, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records in accordance with Islamic banking principles and regulatory standards. The position requires close coordination with various departments to resolve operational issues and uphold high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance within the branch.
- Assist in cash management and account servicing activities, maintaining accuracy and security.
- Verify customer documentation and transaction details to comply with Shariah guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers, addressing operational queries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and adherence to bank policies.
- Contribute to risk control measures and uphold the bank’s standards of operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Solid analytical abilities to interpret financial data, assess risks, and support operational decisions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and core banking systems.
- Knowledge of operations management to oversee branch processes and ensure compliance.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment.
- Understanding of Islamic banking principles and regulatory requirements applicable in Pakistan is highly desirable.
