Operations Supervisor

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor for its new project located at Jasmine Mall, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and managing staff effectively. This full-time role requires working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assign duties and supervise staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Oversee daily attendance records and manage overtime schedules.
- Coordinate and execute events such as school functions and birthday celebrations.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (equivalent to high school completion).
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment, demonstrating strong operational and supervisory skills.
