Operations Supervisor

Esquire Hotel & Apartments is seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Supervisor to manage daily hotel and serviced apartment operations. The role requires ensuring excellent guest service while maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant experience in hospitality or hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across hotel rooms, serviced apartments, and common areas.
- Oversee housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and other operational departments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest service, and property upkeep.
- Address guest complaints and resolve operational challenges professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor staff attendance, prepare duty rosters, evaluate performance, and enforce discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including checklists, incident reports, and daily progress updates.
- Report operational issues and performance metrics to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure proper utilization of company resources and adherence to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The ideal candidate is a disciplined, hands-on professional who can effectively manage staff, uphold service standards, take ownership of daily operations, and ensure a positive guest experience. This full-time position offers a starting salary from Rs50,000 per month. The work location requires in-person attendance.
