The Opt Recruiter position is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for OPT candidates, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and coordinating offers. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring cycle. Building strong relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional networks to identify potential talent is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records and reports while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for OPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication to enhance candidate experience.
- Develop and nurture relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional networks to source potential talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, reports, and records to support hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, preferably with OPT or entry-level technology roles.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of IT and technology roles, with the capability to match candidate profiles to specific job requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
