Oracle Application Consultant

TechFlex is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Consultant to join their team in Karāchi on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Applications to align with business needs. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and enhance business processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Oracle Reports, troubleshooting system issues, conducting thorough testing, and documenting configurations and workflows accurately. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with business and technical teams, provide end-user training, and ensure the smooth operation of Oracle HR and other related modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Applications to meet organizational requirements.
- Gather and analyze user needs, translating them into effective system solutions.
- Develop, design, and maintain custom and standard Oracle Reports.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform system testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes comprehensively.
- Advise business teams on Oracle best practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical resources and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Ensure Oracle HR modules and other applications operate efficiently and align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven consulting experience with strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Applications, including configuration, support, and integration with business systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle Reports, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate workflows into system configurations.
- Experience working with Oracle HR modules and familiarity with HR business processes such as employee data management and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and general database concepts is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Oracle consulting or enterprise application implementation roles is preferred.
