We are currently seeking an Oracle Developer to join our Lahore office on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Oracle Database and software services that support stock trading operations. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively within a team focused on delivering reliable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Oracle Database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and support Oracle Forms and Reports to meet business requirements.
- Write and debug PL/SQL code to enhance database functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support stock trading software applications.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Assist in integrating database solutions with other technologies and platforms.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience working with Oracle Database technologies.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Database architecture and administration.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts relevant to database operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Java, HTML, JavaScript, and Large Language Models (LLM) is considered a significant advantage.
