Oracle EBS Financials Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Financials professional with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) modules. This role involves working primarily on support and ticketing projects, ensuring smooth financial operations and timely resolution of issues. Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes is essential. Experience with Oracle Fusion is considered an advantage and will enhance your ability to contribute effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert support for Oracle EBS Financials modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM.
- Manage and resolve tickets related to financial systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting financial processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial system performance.
- Support integration and data flow between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with Oracle product enhancements and recommend upgrades or improvements when applicable.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
- Proven experience in support and ticketing environments, handling user queries and system issues.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Fusion applications is a significant plus.
- Prior exposure to financial systems integration and data migration projects.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in-person team environment.
