We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. The primary focus is on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), where you will work closely with functional teams to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions within Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
- Build and support Oracle EBS integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Provide technical support across key functional modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Order (PO), Sales Order (SO), General Ledger (GL), Supply Chain, and eBTax.
- Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of both functional and technical issues.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts and assist with environment troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation practices, and change management procedures.
- Support testing activities such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 architecture and components.
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Solid understanding of ERP functional processes across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex production issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Educational qualification of 15 years full-time education.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with Oracle Forms personalization and workflow.
- Basic database administration knowledge, including application and database bounce activities.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale ERP environments is advantageous.
