We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or ACCA professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in delivering complete Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, from requirement analysis to post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to configure solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion PPM modules. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions. Facilitate solution design workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to optimize system functionality. Configure various Oracle Fusion Projects modules such as project costing, billing, contracts, control, and management according to project needs.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM), and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration across systems. Prepare functional specifications, develop test scripts, and create training materials and user documentation to support end users.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during project deployment to ensure smooth transition. Offer production support by resolving issues promptly and recommending continuous improvements. Maintain compliance with Oracle implementation best practices and organizational standards. Provide functional expertise and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA professional is mandatory. Candidates must have 6 to 8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support, with a minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations as a Functional Consultant. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules is essential. Proven skills in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment are required.
Experience with integration points between Oracle Fusion PPM and Finance modules is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management, ensuring the ability to manage complex project requirements effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in the telecom industry, particularly in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PPM, will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
