Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or ACCA professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, from analyzing business requirements to configuring solutions and supporting the entire project lifecycle. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Facilitate solution design workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and perform business process mapping to tailor the system to organizational needs.
- Configure various Oracle Fusion Projects modules, including project costing, billing, contracts, control, and management.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, and technical departments to ensure smooth system integrations.
- Develop functional specifications, create test scripts, prepare training materials, and produce user documentation to support system adoption.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide hands-on support to business users during deployment.
- Deliver production support, resolve issues promptly, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system performance.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and organizational standards throughout the project.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project execution to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA professional is mandatory.
- 6 to 8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
- Proven track record of completing at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations as a Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Experience with integration points between Oracle Fusion PPM and Finance modules is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the telecom industry with Oracle Fusion PPM implementations and support will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is essential to succeed in this role.
