Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Case Management is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Case Management.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and software engineering principles.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.

- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
