Oracle WebLogic Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebLogic Administrator to manage and support mission-critical Oracle FLEXCUBE On-Premise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle WebLogic Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability across multiple stages including Development, Test, UAT, and Production.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments, ensuring stability and reliability across all phases of the application lifecycle.
- Deploy and manage FLEXCUBE application components effectively to support business operations.
- Continuously monitor WebLogic Server performance, availability, and security to proactively address potential issues.
- Perform regular patching and upgrades on WebLogic Servers to maintain compliance and improve functionality.
- Configure managed servers, clusters, and load balancing to optimize resource utilization and high availability.
- Troubleshoot middleware-related incidents promptly to minimize downtime and impact on services.
- Monitor JVM performance and memory utilization to ensure efficient system operation.
- Support application deployments and coordinate release activities in collaboration with development and operations teams.
- Configure SSL certificates and security settings to safeguard the environment against vulnerabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive environment documentation and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Support disaster recovery planning and implement high-availability configurations to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic Server Administration.
- Proven expertise in application deployment management within WebLogic environments.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills to manage underlying infrastructure.
- Experience with SSL configuration and security management in middleware environments.
- Proficiency in WebLogic performance tuning to optimize server and application responsiveness.
- Skilled in middleware monitoring and troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues.
- Ability to write and maintain shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Competence in log analysis and root cause identification to support incident resolution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
