We are seeking a motivated Order Booker to join our team in Peshawar, Lahore, or Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the Core Pharma and In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) product portfolio to doctors and healthcare providers, while generating and collecting orders from medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare outlets within the designated territory. This role requires regular market visits, strong customer relationship management, effective order booking, and consistent achievement of sales targets. The focus will be on promoting a diverse range of LDS Dx products, including Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) products, Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits, PCR Kits, Viral Transport Media (VTM), Blood Collection Tubes, Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) products, and other core IVD diagnostic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, medical stores, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare outlets within the assigned territory to promote LDS Dx products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical store owners, pharmacists, doctors, and other relevant customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and onboard new medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare customers to expand market coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders, maintaining smooth operational flow.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an Order Booker or in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical device sectors.
