Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle online order booking and processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.
- Manage data entry and update order status in the system promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the order fulfillment process.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Work within the assigned shift schedule, which includes 9-10 hours per day on a rotational two-shift basis.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background of Matriculation, Intermediate, ICS, FA, or FSc.
- 1-2 years of experience in online order booking and processing is preferred, but fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
