Order Processor

HZA Traders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Order Processor to join their team onsite in Lahore. This full-time position requires a candidate who can efficiently manage and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. The role operates from Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Male candidates with relevant experience are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage online orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered and updated.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications.
- Utilize computer systems and MS Excel to track orders and generate reports.
- Handle order processing specifically related to online marketplaces such as Daraz.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing is mandatory.
- Proven experience with online order processing platforms, preferably Daraz or similar marketplaces.
- Intermediate level education is acceptable; however, candidates must demonstrate strong practical experience.
- Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, with a good command of MS Excel and other relevant software.
