OT Technician-Female

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Theatre (OT) Technician to support surgical teams in a dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and anesthetists during procedures, ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly prepared and maintained. This position requires strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols to guarantee patient safety. The role also involves assisting with pre-operative and post-operative tasks, maintaining accurate OT documentation, and ensuring the operation theatre is clean and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures to ensure smooth operation flow.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain OT instruments and equipment before, during, and after surgeries.
- Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe surgical environment.
- Support pre-operative and post-operative procedures as required by the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date OT documentation and records for all surgical activities.
- Ensure the operation theatre is clean, sterile, and fully prepared for each surgical procedure.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in OT Technology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an OT Technician in a reputable hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.

This is a full-time position with morning and evening shifts, operating from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role requires physical presence at the hospital to ensure hands-on support during surgical procedures.
