Outbound Calling Specialist

Cloud Rexpo is seeking confident and energetic Calling Agents to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time position involves handling both outbound and inbound calls for international clients during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers professionally while promoting company services. The role offers a basic salary of up to PKR 70,000 per month and is based in Chandni Chowk, Murree Road, Rawalpindi. Candidates are encouraged to apply only if they meet all the specified criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, and clients.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries effectively.
- Introduce company services and clearly explain relevant offers.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate call records.
- Follow approved calling scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or assigned system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a professional tone and ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
- Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and customer concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Previous experience in a call center, telesales, customer support, or BPO environment is preferred.
