Outbound Cold Calling Associates

We are looking for motivated and experienced female Outbound Cold Calling Associates to join our Construction Estimation campaign. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales process for our construction estimation services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers. The position is on-site in Lahore Model Town and involves working US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Introduce and promote construction estimation services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through clear and persuasive communication.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to advance sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Accurately record calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall campaign success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales closing.
- For candidates applying to the US campaign, at least 1 year of experience in the US market is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Competitive salary range from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month, based on knowledge, experience, and expertise.
