Outbound Sales Agents

Digital Promotix is looking for enthusiastic Outbound Sales Agents to join our team and connect with prospective business clients by introducing our full range of digital marketing services. The main goal of this role is to initiate engaging conversations, identify potential clients, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to pursue further. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate interest in digital marketing services.
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers to assess their marketing needs.
- Clearly present and explain services such as Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and website development.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
- Clear and confident spoken English with strong phone communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Reliable, organized, and disciplined in managing daily calls and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
