Outbound Sales Agents Required – Digital Marketing Services

Digital Promotix is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Agents to engage prospective business clients and introduce our comprehensive digital marketing services. The primary objective of this role is to initiate meaningful conversations, identify potential clients, and successfully schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This position requires proactive outreach and effective communication to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
- Present and explain services including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and website development.
- Qualify interested prospects and arrange sales meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed and accurate call records.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment-setting targets as agreed.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is essential.
- Clear and confident spoken English with strong phone communication skills.
- Excellent listening abilities and effective objection-handling techniques.
- Organized and reliable approach to managing daily calls and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of digital marketing services such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing will be considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 based on experience and performance.
- Work location is in person, providing direct interaction with the team and resources.
