Outbound Sales & Enrollment Specialist - Night Shift

Ibex is recruiting on behalf of a client for an Outbound Sales & Enrollment Specialist to support a U.S.-based consumer campaign. This night-shift role is based in Karachi or Lahore and requires excellent spoken English, strong outbound sales experience, and proven skills in sales conversion and closing. The successful candidate will engage with U.S. consumers, understand their needs, overcome objections, and guide them through the enrollment process while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to assigned U.S.-based consumer leads and professionally introduce the client’s services.
- Engage customers using clear, confident, and conversational communication.
- Identify customer interest, timing, budget concerns, and enrollment barriers through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
- Clearly explain program details, pricing, billing terms, available offers, and the enrollment process using approved information.
- Handle sales objections related to price, trust, convenience, and timing, guiding customers toward the appropriate next step.
- Apply effective sales and closing techniques to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Assist customers throughout the registration and enrollment process, coordinating handoffs when necessary.
- Manage assigned leads, scheduled callbacks, follow-ups, and open opportunities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM, including call outcomes, objections, next actions, callback schedules, and contact preferences.
- Refer clinical or treatment-related questions to the appropriate team, as this is a nonclinical sales and enrollment role without medical advice responsibilities.
- Participate in call reviews and coaching sessions, apply feedback, and continuously improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural American-style phone delivery, strong listening skills, and the ability to explain information without sounding scripted.
- Minimum 1-2 years of outbound phone sales experience with U.S. consumers, demonstrating success in meeting sales targets and converting leads into completed sales or enrollments.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confidence in asking for a decision or appropriate next step while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.
- Proven ability to follow up effectively with customers across multiple interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and calling platforms, maintaining accurate customer records and notes.
- Ability to clearly explain pricing, discounts, billing terms, and recurring charges.
- Dependable availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. campaign hours.
- Strong professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, and responsiveness to coaching and feedback.
- Responsible handling of confidential customer information.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telehealth, healthcare enrollment, weight management, wellness, or other sensitive consumer services is preferred.
- Experience in subscription sales, self-pay services, lead reactivation, or structured U.S. sales campaigns is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GLP-1 terminology is helpful.
- Strong transferable sales and conversion experience is valued over specific educational background.
