Outbound Sales & Outreach Intern

QUBID, a ByteSavy venture, is offering a part-time internship opportunity for an Outbound Sales & Outreach Intern. This role provides hands-on international sales experience within the construction estimating industry, working closely with the company founder. The intern will engage with potential clients in the US, Canada, and Australia, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their sales skills in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to contractors, subcontractors, and general contractors across targeted international markets.
- Present QUBID’s cost estimation services and qualify prospective leads effectively.
- Craft concise and persuasive follow-up emails to maintain prospect engagement.
- Accurately log call outcomes and collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategies and pitches.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with clarity and professionalism.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, cold calling, or call center roles.
- Access to essential technology including a reliable laptop, dedicated headset, and stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, resilient in handling objections, and highly disciplined in work approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A degree in Civil Engineering or prior experience in construction cost estimation is advantageous.
- The position offers a hybrid/remote work setup, allowing work from home with occasional team meetings.
- Part-time hours, approximately 4 hours per day, aligned with US business hours, with shifts from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT or 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
- Compensation during the internship includes uncapped commission on every positive lead and confirmed client.
