Outbound Sales Representative – Call Center Night shift

Mars BPO is seeking experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a driven, target-oriented approach. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients to promote our services and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company services.
- Close sales effectively while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage records and communication tools.
- Ability to work night shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- A motivated, target-driven personality with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
