Outbound Sales Representative – Call Center Night shift

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Close sales by clearly communicating the benefits of our offerings.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy to manage records and communications effectively.
- Ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- A target-oriented and motivated personality focused on achieving sales goals.
