Outbound Sales Representative – Medical Billing (US Market)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to engage directly with doctors, practice managers, and medical providers across the United States. The primary focus of this role is to connect with key decision-makers, effectively present our medical billing solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for our core team. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex communication channels to secure valuable appointments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting doctors, practice managers, and medical providers throughout the U.S.
- Present and explain the benefits of our medical billing solutions, emphasizing workflow efficiency, revenue cycle management (RCM), and data security.
- Consistently bypass gatekeepers to reach busy healthcare professionals and capture their interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the internal sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and scheduled meetings to support team objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outbound calling and sales specifically within the medical billing industry.
- Demonstrated success in engaging U.S. healthcare providers and booking qualified meetings.
- Exceptional English communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong knowledge of workflow efficiency, revenue cycle management, and data security as they relate to medical practices.
- Ability to work the designated hours from 6 pm to 3 am, including a one-hour break.

- Competitive salary range from $70,000 to $140,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
