Tech BPO is seeking enthusiastic and confident Outbound Calling Agents to join our international Pre-Construction Estimation, Designing, and Drafting Services campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with clients and are eager to develop their careers in an international sales environment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic BPO setting focused on lead generation and client outreach across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
- Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 6 months of experience in an international outbound calling campaign is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000, determined by interview performance, English communication skills, and mock call evaluation.
