Tech BPO is seeking enthusiastic and confident Outbound Calling Agents to join our international Pre-Construction Estimation, Designing, and Drafting Services campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with clients and are eager to build a career in an international sales environment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic BPO setting focused on lead generation and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
- Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 6 months of experience in an international outbound calling campaign is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 60,000, depending on interview performance, English communication skills, and mock call evaluation.
