Outbound Sales Representative

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated and confident individuals for the role of International Sales Associate. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international customers primarily in English, presenting the company’s products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, or international call centers are preferred, but freshers with strong spoken English and a keen willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a basic salary along with commission and performance bonuses, offering a rewarding opportunity for career growth in international sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers from international markets.
- Present and explain the benefits of products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and respond accurately to their inquiries.
- Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process to closure.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert interest into sales.
- Achieve and maintain sales targets while keeping accurate sales records.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence buying decisions.
- Positive attitude towards meeting targets and performance goals.
- Willingness to work the specified night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in sales or call centers is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with the right skills are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
