Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills to begin their careers in a client-facing, sales-oriented role within the US healthcare sector. This position involves outbound voice calls, focusing on engaging prospects, qualifying their interest, and supporting the sales process. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply. The working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects based in the United States.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce healthcare-related services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and relevance to the services offered.
- Perform timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach to creating qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, data, and reports.
- Work effectively in a target-driven environment, meeting KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Confidence in handling live calls and conversations.
- Willingness to work in a cold-calling and sales environment.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain consistent and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales is advantageous but not required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior customer sales experience will be preferred. The position requires reliable commuting or relocation to Lahore before starting work.

IPS Pakistan offers a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 65,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
