Outlet Manager

Zero Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of its Lahore outlet. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, capable of managing a dynamic retail environment, and skilled in driving sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet and to motivate the sales team towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction levels consistently.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and retail standards.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a closely related role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets and manage outlet operations effectively.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and customer service principles.

Work Location:
This position is based at the Zero Lifestyle outlet in Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires the candidate to work on-site to effectively manage the outlet and engage with the team and customers directly.
