Outreach Associate

KarMuqabla is dedicated to making quality learning more accessible through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and communication-focused Outreach Associate to support our partnerships with schools and ensure the effective implementation of our educational platform. This role involves close collaboration with school staff to facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, helping to create a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

- School Coordination & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with partner schools, monitor pending tasks, and ensure timely responses and actions to support smooth operations.
- School Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for successful implementation.
- Training & Support: Organize and lead training sessions for teachers and school representatives, enabling them to use the platform effectively and confidently.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records, prepare detailed progress reports, and track school engagement and implementation milestones to inform ongoing strategy.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor school activity levels, identify any gaps in engagement, and coordinate follow-ups to address challenges and improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Capability to prepare reports, maintain records, and handle administrative responsibilities with accuracy.
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating initiative and accountability in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
