Outreach & Communication Associate

We are seeking articulate and motivated individuals to join Disrupt as Outreach & Communications Associates. In this role, you will serve as the voice of our products, initiating conversations and building relationships with customers and prospects across the US and Europe. While prior knowledge of our products is not required, you will receive comprehensive training to become well-versed in both the product and outreach processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and the confidence to engage with people across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate contact with customers and prospects through multiple channels, including messaging, email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct clear, professional, and engaging conversations that effectively represent Disrupt and its offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and confidently explain their features and benefits in simple terms.
- Collaborate with the broader team to enhance outreach strategies and improve how we connect with our audience.

Required Qualifications

- Exceptional written and spoken English skills, which are critical for this role.
- Confidence in communicating with people across different media, including calls and video conferencing.
- Genuine interest in marketing, outreach, and understanding decision-making processes.
- A sharp, curious, and proactive approach to work and learning.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Availability to work evening to night shifts aligned with US and European time zones (Pakistan time).
