Overseas Operations Manager

Saya, a leading voice-chat product under BIGO, is a top-tier player in the overseas voice-chat industry with a stable monthly GMV in the multi-million USD range. As part of its strategic expansion in 2026, Saya is heavily investing in the Middle East and South Asia markets, including Pakistan. The company follows a Professional Generated Content (PGC) core strategy, offering significant resource allocation and competitive guild policies such as substantial poaching subsidies and generous revenue rebates. This approach aims to build a premier voice entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Guild & Anchor Expansion: Lead the growth, onboarding, and ongoing management of voice-chat guilds and premium anchors in the Middle East and South Asia regions.
- Ecosystem Operations: Serve as the room ecology operator by attracting premium guilds, organizing interactive events like PKs, and managing SVIP big spenders to maximize revenue generation.
- Revenue & KPI Management: Own guild revenue targets and continuously optimize guild management and assessment systems to enhance content quality and supply.
- Market Research: Perform in-depth competitor analysis (including platforms like Kuaishou and Hago) and market research to develop and implement targeted operational strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in overseas live-streaming or voice-chat platform operations is essential. Experience with platforms such as Kuaishou, Hago, or similar is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
- Resource Network: Candidates with existing guild or anchor resources in the Middle East or South Asia, particularly Pakistan, are highly preferred. Local professionals or Chinese expatriates familiar with Middle Eastern markets are encouraged to apply.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated strong ownership mindset, result-oriented approach, and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.
