Key Responsibilities
The Owner will provide strategic leadership across the Group’s diverse businesses, setting long-term vision and priorities aligned with organizational values, sustainability goals, and growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Lahore involves overseeing executive leadership teams, reviewing performance metrics and financial results, and evaluating major investments and new business opportunities. The Owner will guide portfolio strategy across packaging, consumer brands, and allied sectors, ensuring cohesive growth and operational excellence. Additionally, the role requires representing the Group in key stakeholder engagements, including board meetings, regulatory interactions, client and partner relationships, and community initiatives through the Packages Foundation. Required Qualifications
Candidates must have extensive experience in senior leadership or ownership roles within large, diversified business groups, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, consumer products, or financial services sectors.
