Role Description The Owner role at Hassaan Automation Studio is a full-time, hybrid position based in Punjab, Pakistan, with some flexibility to work from home. The Owner will oversee daily operations, including planning and managing automation projects, setting business goals, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, scoping requirements, negotiating agreements, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role requires supervising finances and budgets, coordinating with any contractors or partners, and guiding marketing and business development initiatives. The Owner will also be responsible for strategic decision-making, process improvement, and fostering a professional, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

Business management and operations skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present solutions, and manage expectations.
Basic to intermediate understanding of automation, software tools, or technology workflows relevant to the studio’s services.
Organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and risk management.
Marketing and business development capabilities, such as identifying opportunities, networking, and promoting services.
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing business needs in a hybrid work setting.
Experience in running or co-managing a small business or startup is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
