The Owner role at Tech Cuber is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency’s operations and growth. The Owner will set the overall vision and strategy, lead brand and web design initiatives, and ensure that projects consistently meet client expectations and quality standards. Managing client relationships and guiding the creative team are key components of the role, along with coordinating resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the agency’s strategic vision and growth plans.
- Lead and oversee brand development and web design projects from concept through completion.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Review and approve design work and project proposals to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.
- Monitor industry and market trends to refine service offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and creative workplace culture that supports team development.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand development, web design, and digital design leadership.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, resource allocation, and operational oversight.
- Competence in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Educational background in design, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Karāchi.
